How do I book a tutoring session?

From a tutor profile, choose a one-on-one session with subject, date, time, and duration, then send a request. For group tutoring, open a group on the tutor’s profile and book a spot. Tutors accept or decline requests, and you can track status and receive push notifications.

Yes. Tutors can create tutoring groups with subject, category, hourly rate, schedule, duration, capacity, and images. Students discover and book those groups from a tutor’s profile.

Yes. Tutoring sessions take place inside BusyHen with live video, an interactive whiteboard, and chat. You do not need Zoom, Google Meet, or another video app.

Yes. BusyHen includes an AI Tutor you can reach from anywhere in the app. Ask by voice or text, continue previous conversations, and review structured answers. After live human sessions, BusyHen can also send an AI-written session summary. The AI Tutor complements human tutors - it does not replace them.

BusyHen uses integrated Stripe payment processing. When you book a session, your card is authenticated. After the session ends, payment is processed automatically. Students can track completed sessions and total amount spent in the app.
